About Us

In our freshman year English class, we were assigned to solve a problem in our community. Upon discovering we had both chosen inequalities in women’s healthcare, we knew we had to partner together. The idea for EndoSense eventually came from a conversation when one of our mothers received her medical bills and was expressing how frustratingly expensive and time-consuming it was to pay for tests and specialists, just to confirm that she had endometriosis the whole time. Hearing this changed our perspective, as we realized that this disease we had barely heard of was so common and close by. We were inspired to create a more affordable and convenient diagnostic for endometriosis so we could provide women with the answers they deserve.

At the end of the day, health is a human right, but millions are being denied their rights to their own autonomy. As we consider our own futures, EndoSense is uniquely made by women, for women. We believe that women shouldn’t have to put their finances, lifestyle, and bodies on the line. We believe that women deserve answers – faster, easier, and with the care they need. 

Using our diverse backgrounds in lab work, coding, and marketing, we’re seeking to create an impact far beyond just a business, but a movement: equitable healthcare.
